Amazing day spent with the talented and inspiring Kek Soon. A day where we learned much about the food of Cambodia and much about market life. Beautiful memories to take home. Great recipes and truly a must do activity when in Kampot.
We had a very nice country side tour and cooking class with Kek Soon. First we went to the market and had Khmer style breakfast. Afterwards we got into the market and she explained everything about the food and the fruits and vegetables and where to buy the best. It was great !!!

Smaller than many of the major tourism sites in Cambodia such as Siem Reap, Phnom Penh or Sihanoukville, Kampot retains its uniquely relaxed pace and is an ideal place to explore the natural beauties of the country.
Kampot is mostly known as a gateway to the stunning Bokor National Park and its famous pepper plantations but it has so much more to offer! Step away from the popular riverside and its eclectic mix of Chinese and colonial architecture in the town centre and find yourself in seemingly endless rice paddies, discover steep caves and refreshing waterfalls or lush wetlands. We know the best spots in and around Kampot and can show you places you might miss otherwise.
